I just know that if i put in washer or dishwasher they come clean but never fit right again.

How to clean titleist hat. With a solution of warm water and white vinegar. Put on the top rack spray the stains with shout and brush it in. The method i have the best luck with is to spray them with some sort of spot cleaner shout spray and wash etc and let them sit for about an hour. You can eyeball this amount if you don t want to measure. Mix baking soda in some water and rub it across the stains it should work a treat.

When its dry and clean then spray your hat with something like a water repellant silicone spray camp dry spray or scotch guard etc and it helps repel the sweat stains afterwards. Soak the golf cap for about an hour. Rinse off and air dry. Mine look like new especially the mesh. Let the hat soak for about an hour or so.

Black is the most difficult to get the stains out of.
