Fill a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of hand soap or liquid detergent. Wipe it away with an alcohol soaked towelette. Coat a cotton swab in mineral oil and lightly dab at the wax.

Dip a soft cotton or microfiber cloth into the solution wring it out until it s not dripping then get to work. Apply a few drops of hydrogen peroxide 3 concentration or less to a toothbrush and gently brush the wax on your headphones or ear buds.

Let them sit for 5 minutes while the bubbling action loosens the wax.
