How to use mod podge spray. Apply a medium coat of mod podge to the surface. Keep smoothing until all of the bubbles are removed. Cut off the excess paper fabric. Allow to dry and then repeat. To prevent an excess application and or drips it is best to apply several thin coats rather than one thick coat.
Spray the back of the paper with water once the mod podge dries. Add a protective coat of mod podge to the project using a sponge or flat brush. Once you have finished your puzzle and are ready to seal it simply paint the mod podge onto the front of the puzzle.
Paint the mod podge onto the front of the photo first then let it dry. Paint the item you want to cover in a thin even coat of mod podge and shake over your glitter until the item is covered. I work quickly since mod podge dries quickly. Then and this is important let the project dry for 15 20 minutes. You can do this with a wide paintbrush or a foam brush.
Apply a thin coat of mod podge to both sides of the paper. If you want to mod podge a round item like a can measure the height of the item and cut the paper fabric according to that height. Allow that coat to dry for 20 minutes or so before applying another even layer of mod podge in up and down strokes. Next wrap the paper fabric around the cylinder and mark where it starts to overlap. Work in small sections at a time to fully wet the surface.
When applying mod podge over a design apply one layer of the mod podge with side to side brush strokes. I smooth the paper or fabric onto the surface and roll out with a brayer. Rub the paper with your fingers until it comes off the transfer surface. I apply a medium layer of my formula enough so that it s visible white on the surface. Leave this to dry completely.
